Requires confirmation from new suppliers that they operate in compliance with modern slavery legislation and that they implement appropriate safeguards within their own supply chains. Reserves the right to request evidence of supplier policies, training, and controls relating to modern slavery and labour standards. May conduct periodic audits or reviews of suppliers, either directly or through documented self-assessments, to verify adherence to our expectations.
Where concerns are identified, we work with suppliers to address issues promptly. If a supplier is unwilling or unable to take corrective action, we will consider suspending or ending the business relationship.
